1、eclipse中新建一个Java项目
2、通过命名获取天气的客户端信息
首先，打开天气网站http://ws.webxml.com.cn/WebServices/WeatherWS.asmx?wsdl
然后，在Java项目的src目录下，新建一个文档weather.wsdl，文件名可以不一样
打开文件，把天气网站的所有文字复制粘贴到这个文件中
