解决方案

对于端口占用的情况，解决方案无非以下几种：

  1. 找到是哪个服务占用了端口，如果这个服务不重要，关了这个服务就行；
  2. 如果这个服务重要，就改下我们自己的端口；
  3. 重启IDEA（网管三大绝招第一招）;
  4. 重启电脑（网管三大绝招第二招）；
  5. 重装电脑（网管三大绝招第三招）；
