使用SignalR和MVC5实时聊天

SignalR是一种可用来简化交互式实时多用户Web应用程序开发的框架，该框架充分应用了异步技术带来的优势，可用来实现性能最好的即时性应用。

1.创建MVC5项目

2.添加SignalR包

3.创建ChatHub类
