这个问题在网上搜了好久才找到解决办法，其实很简单，关键位置就是radio 的name问题

	    	        }

由于之前没有加同样的name:'FileItype'
导致所有radio全都可以选择，没有单选的效果
耽误一个小时功夫的小问题，特此记录
