安装moviepy

必须先看pyton环境，安装对应VTK

VTK-7.1.1-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl

ImportError: Could not import backend for traitsui.  Make sure you
        have a suitable UI toolkit like PyQt/PySide or wxPython
        installed.
