Error running app: Instant Run requires 'Tools | Android | Enable ADB integration' to be enabled.

我研究了一下Instant Run是Android Studio 2.0新加入的功能，可以快速部署代码的更改到模拟器/手机上，不用像之前一样等半天。
可以在设置里把Instant Run打开或者关掉，设置地方如下图：

 

但是如果打开，Tools - Android - Enable ADB Integration也得打开。

 

只要这两个设置同时打开就能运行了。
我不知道是Google打包错误还是因为我的Android Studio是从1.5升上2.0的。他把我的Instant Run打开了，却没有把我的Tools的Enable ADB Integration勾上。所以出现运行不起来的问题。
另外我在Windows上全新安装的2.0版本就都打开了所以没问题。
